Dates: May 7-10, 2007
Exposure: Lum: 32x6min, RGB: 26R, 29G, 24B x 6min  for 11.1 hours total at -25C
Notes: This edge on galaxy shows a prominent dust lane.  On the right side is also NGC 4226, below NGC4217 and slightly to the right is PGC213956, a magnitude 18 galaxy.  The bright star to the upper left is magnitude 7.28 SAO 44092 - bright enough to cause problems with the image, but to dim to ever see with just your eye.
