Notes:

This galaxy is also known as Arp 214 and is about 42 million light years away.  Arp is a catalog of irregular galaxies.  The center of this galaxy is almost edge on, but it is strongly warped so that the arms can be seen.  The group of galaxies to the right side are called Arp 322, and Hickson 56; these are about 300 million light years distant.
