| Notes: |
This galaxy cluster
is about 270 million light years away. I was able to identify 45 galaxies in this image so far
(hover over with mouse to see labels). There are still 9 fairly bright galaxies I wasn't able to identify - so there are at least 54 galaxies in this image. This image covers only the central part of the cluster, which contains
hundreds of galaxies. Click on the image for a larger version. Many of the galaxies in this image aren't in
TheSky's database of galaxies.
I increased the brightness of this image more than
I usually would, so as not to hide any of the dimmer galaxies. |
